What happens next?

Upon placing your pre-order, you will receive a confirmation email. Alpine UK will process these pre-orders on a first-come, first-served basis. Following the commencement of official orders, your local dealer will contact you to complete the process.

When will my car arrive?

The earliest arrivals are expected at the beginning of 2025. Should there be any changes in this timeline over the coming months, we will promptly notify you. We are diligently working to expedite the delivery of your cars.

How can I obtain a refund of my deposit?

The process is straightforward. We offer hassle-free refunds of your £250 pre-order deposit. Simply reach out to our customer relations team through your preferred communication channel, and they will promptly assist you. Contact details can be found [here].

I’ve reconsidered the specifications. Can I modify my pre-order?

Rest assured, your order remains flexible until our retailers contact you to finalize your preferences. Simply keep your desired changes in mind and communicate them to your chosen retailer when they reach out. They will facilitate the necessary adjustments for you.

What financing options are available?

As an early adopter, you have secured your A290 prior to production, and our financing options are currently being developed. We have provided the Manufacturer's Recommended Retail Price (MRRP) for your reference. Detailed financing offers will be presented when your retailer contacts you. If the financing terms or any other aspect does not meet your expectations, your deposit will be promptly refunded.

I have a vehicle for part exchange. What is its value and can I use it towards purchasing my new A290?

Absolutely! We gladly accept part exchanges, and you can apply its value towards the acquisition of your A290. When your retailer contacts you, they will request that you bring your vehicle in for a comprehensive valuation and explanation of the final cost of your new car.
